Swineshead History Lincolnshire Places Photo 6Doubtless the most picturesque spot in the village, Cole's Lane contains the village duck-pond and borders an unspoilt area of grazing meadow. A mixture of natural beauty and man-made features the area is one of the few open spaces left in Swineshead village. It serves as a nature reserve as well as recreational space and its components, the pond, laneway and particularly the meadows, are deserving of special status.
